The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has suspended the Managing Director of Capital Oil and Gas, Dr Ifeanyi Ubah.
This was made known on Thursday by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Prince Dayo Adeyeye.
Ifeanyi Ubah and the PDP have been at loggerheads over the primaries of the party for the forthcoming Anambra election.
Oseloka Obaze was declared winner of the primary election and his election was upheld by the party’s Appeal Panel.
However, Ubah, while speaking to newsmen on Tuesday, said only the court can stop his ambition.
The party had issued Ubah a query on Tuesday, but it was delivered to the oil magnate on Wednesday.
According to the spokesperson of the party, Ubah failed to respond to the query in 24 hours, which resulted in his suspension.
