Victor Moses says he is working hard to recover from an injury he sustained during Chelsea’s Premier League game against Crystal Palace last weekend.
The Nigeria international will be out of action for more than a month, as a result.
The 26-year-old, who is a key player in the Chelsea setup, expressed disappointment over the injury and says he will work hard to recover from it.
“Gutted to pick up an injury,” the former England junior international, who represented Nigeria at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, wrote on Instagram on Wednesday.
“Working hard to get fit & back on the pitch as soon as I can!”
Moses may miss the Super Eagles last 2018 World Cup qualifier against Algeria next month.
He played a significant role in Nigeria’s qualification for the tournament.
