The government of Lagos state has declared Thursday, March 29, work-free day for its workers, with a view to giving a rousing welcome to President Muhammadu Buhari.
The Nigerian leader is expected in the Centre of Excellence on a two-day working visit.
He is coming to Lagos to attend a Colloquium in honour of national leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.
Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Hon. kehinde Bamigbetan, made this known on Tuesday in a statement.
He also said the president would thereafter commission projects like the Ikeja Bus Terminal, as well as flag-off the construction of the Lekki Deep Seaport project.
