Acting President Yemi Osinbajo and the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Ibrahim Idris on Tuesday met behind closed doors.
The meeting which is being held at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, the nation’s capital, may be connected to the security situation at the National Assembly.
Operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) and men of the Nigeria Police Force had denied lawmakers entry into the National Assembly by blocking the complex.
Concise News understands that the security operatives arrived at the complex at about 6.00am.
