West Ham will not make an offer for out-of-contract former Ivory Coast international Yaya Toure despite reports to the contrary.
The former Manchester City man ended his eight-year stay at the Etihad Stadium after Pep Guardiola deemed him surplus to requirement.
Despite rumoured links with the Hammers, Concise News gathered that team gaffer Manuel Pellegrini has said the London side will not be gunning for the former Barcelona stalwart.
Toure, 35, made 316 appearances for City and bagged 79 goals as they rose to prominence in England and at Europe.
He scored 20 goals as City clinched the Premier League under Manuel Pellegrini during the 2013-14 campaign.
