The Senate has finally approved President Muhammadu Buhari’s request to loan $22.7 billion.
Okay.ng understands that the red chambers of the National Assembly okayed the loan request despite some senators kicking against it.
The same request was earlier rejected by the 8th Senate led by Senator Bukola Saraki.
