Kano Pillars attacker, Ebuka Odenigbo passed away on Friday night, throwing the entire Nigeria Professional Football League community into a state of mourning.
The circumstances leading to the death of the 2121-year-old could not be ascertained as at the time of filing this report.
Ebuka had been impressive since joining Sai Masu Gida in 2018 and was part of the squad for Pillars last season.
Okay.ng learnt that the footballer was one of many to make the jump to professional football from HIFL. Just last year, his brother Kelvin Odenigbo was found dead after the 20-year-old drowned in a lake in Belarus.
