Former Super Eagles head coach, Sunday Oliseh, has expressed openness to managing the Nigerian national team again, provided the right conditions are met.
Oliseh, who previously led the Super Eagles from July 2015 to February 2016, hinted at his willingness to return to the role despite his tumultuous relationship with the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) and clashes with senior players during his previous tenure.
During an interview on Channels Television Sports, Oliseh acknowledged the speculation surrounding his potential return, particularly amid rumors of him being considered to replace former coach Jose Peseiro.
In response to whether he had applied for the position, Oliseh stated, “Right now, what I can say is that I am going to put my wildcard on this question. As I have also often said, if Nigeria needs my services, I will always help my country if the right conditions are met.”
