President Bola Tinubu is departing for Paris, France, on a two-week working visit. During this trip, he will assess his administration’s mid-term performance, review ongoing reforms, and engage in strategic planning ahead of his administration’s second anniversary.
This was made known to okay.ng today by the Special Adviser to the President on information and strategy, Bayo Onanuga.
While in France, President Tinubu will remain engaged with his team and continue overseeing governance activities in Nigeria. He is expected to return to Nigeria in about two weeks.
During his visit to Paris, President Tinubu will assess key milestones achieved by his administration, including the significant increase in Nigeria’s net foreign exchange reserves from $3.99 billion in 2023 to $23.11 billion. This growth highlights the effectiveness of the government’s fiscal and monetary reforms aimed at stabilizing the economy. Additionally, he will review the progress of ongoing economic and governance reforms and engage in strategic planning for national development priorities.
