Barcelona have agreed a deal to sign Borussia Dortmund forward Ousmane Dembele for an initial fee of 105m euros (£96.8m) plus add-ons.
It is understood the add-ons would make the final transfer fee about 150m euros (£138m), making him the second most expensive player in history.
The France international, 20, has agreed a five-year contract with Barca and will undergo a medical on Monday.
Barca revealed that his deal will contain a release clause of 400m euros.
