Super Eagles forward Brown Ideye has joined Spanish side Malaga from Chinese side Tianjin Teda on a six-month-loan deal.
It was gathered that Ideye left China for Spain on Sunday with a medical scheduled to take place today (Wednesday) before a possible announcement of his signing.
The 29-year-old Ideye lost his first team spot at Tianjin Teda and was demoted to the reserve team of the club after the signing of Ghanaian winger Frank Acheampong.
The 12 million Euros signing from Olympiakos in Greece was close to joining Alaves, but the move broke down on transfer deadline day, during the summer transfer window, due to issues bothering on the terms of his transfer.
