A suit filed by former first lady Patience Jonathan against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has been struck out by a Federal High Court, Abuja.
Mrs Jonathan had accused the anti-graft agency of indiscriminate harassment and freezing of her accounts without invitation, demanding N2bn as damages.
But the presiding judge, Justice John Tsoho, held that the steps taken by the EFCC were upon reasonable suspicion.
The court also noted that the former first lady did not tender any verifiable evidence to prove her rights to dignity were violated.
