Former Watford striker, Odion Ighalo explain why he turned down an offer from Spanish club, FC Barcelona.
During the January transfer window, the Super Eagles front-man received offers from some European and Chinese clubs.
But Ighalo opted to join China club, Changchun Yatai instead of FC Barcelona.
Speaking about his move to Chinese club, Ighalo said: ”The deal was for me to play on loan for a season, but I was not ready to take chances as my playing minutes could not be guaranteed and at end of the season I will be a free agent.
”I preferred to secure my future my signing a longer deal in China instead and that was why the Barcelona move fell through.”
