A very disturbing photo of a Nigerian who was assaulted by his father in Borno State over claims that he is homosexual is currently making the rounds and has triggered a conversation on social media.
According to Daily Post, the shocking bodily harm was carried out by a Director of Planning with a ministry in Borno State over claims that his son was having sexual relationships with some politicians in the state.
The enraged father reportedly chained his son before inserting a hot electric heater into his son’s anus, causing major injury on that part of the body.
Daily Post confirms that the father was immediately arrested by the police, though his identity and that of his son are still withheld from the public. The media house adds that the father had denied all his children the opportunity of gaining western education.
This story has so far, sparked huge reactions from Nigerians, with many people calling out the father for carrying out such heinous act on his own child. However, the police has yet to make a statement since the news surfaced.
