Former presidents of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo, and his Zambian counterpart, Rupiah Banda, on Saturday met President Museveni at his home in Rwakitura, Kiruhura District.
The two former heads of state are part of a panel of International Observers who are in Uganda to monitor the elections.
