Former President Olusegun Obasanjo visited former President Shehu Shagari, the family of late Marafan Sokoto and Sultan of Sokoto Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar to commiserate with them over the death of Alhaji Umaru Shinkafi. He was accompanied by the state governor Aminu Tambuawal.
