Harry Redknapp has now signed a new one-year contract extension to stay on in his as manager of Birmingham, the club have officially announced.
Redknapp, guided Birmingham to safety on a tense final day of the Sky Bet Championship, after taking over from Gianfranco Zola on April 18.

The former West Ham, Tottenham and QPR boss led the Blues to two wins in their final three matches as the West Midlands club avoided relegation by two points.
The 70-year-old is also said to already preparing his squad for next season, with a potential play-off run in his sights .
