Gunmen stormed a students’ hostel outside the campus of Federal University Wukari, Taraba state, abducting two students. The victims, a male and female from the Microbiology and Economics Departments, were taken in the night, sparking concerns over the safety of students in the area.
The incident occurred along Wukari-Zaki Biam road, highlighting the vulnerability of students to criminal activities due to inadequate hostel accommodation. Security forces and local youths are mobilized in pursuit of the kidnappers, as authorities strive to ensure the safe return of the abducted students.
