Vice President Yemi Osinbajo on Thursday declared open The Nation Economy Forum blaming the country’s economic problem on over dependence on oil and corruption.
He said the present administration is determined to address the problem by prioritizing key sectors.
Osinbajo spoke at the Forum in Lagos which also had in attendance Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, Imos State Governor, Rochas Okorocha and other dignitaries.
Ambode urged states to consider areas of their comparative advantages by collaborating in particularly areas of Agriculture.
Okorocha called for devolution of powers from the central to other levels of government.
